Tuyet Nguyen

Tuyet is an emerging screen and stage talent with a strong foundation in performance, having begun her acting journey as a teenager with Massive Theatre Company. Her theatre credits include The Girls Show, My Bed, My Universe and Havoc in the Garden, working under the direction of Sam Scott. Her screen experience includes Stephen Kang’s award-winning short filmBlue, which received the Grand Prix Canal+ for Best Short Film at Cannes, and Only in Aotearoa: Wāhine Edition, directed by Scotty Cotter and Mariua Jensen. Tuyet has continued to develop her screen craft through various workshops and is also a skilled martial artist, bringing a strong physical capability and versatility to her work.
